I’m Ralph, and living here with my Spanish wife opened the door to countless discoveries. One of the most surprising? La Hora del Vermut. Every Sunday in Barcelona, I watched a tiny bar near my in-laws fill with people sharing vermouth and conservas — canned seafood full of flavor and tradition. That moment sparked something in me. It opened the door to a new world, and that’s where ¡Can Ahoy! was born. A growing passion, still unfolding.
