Return & Refund Policy

At ¡Can Ahoy!, we strive to provide our customers with top-quality conservas. Despite our best efforts, sometimes things may not go as planned, and you might need to return an item or request a refund. We aim to make this process straightforward and hassle-free.

Return Policy: You have up to 30 days from the purchase date to initiate a return. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is damaged or incorrect, in which case ¡Can Ahoy! will cover these costs. To return an item:

  1. Initiate a Return: Within 30 days, notify us by emailing your order number and contact details to hello@canahoy.com.

  2. Package and Send: After receiving approval, securely package the item(s), ensuring they are well-protected for the return journey. We cannot issue refunds for items damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging.

  3. Processing Your Return: Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the items. If everything is in order, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within a few days.

Refund Policy: If you believe a refund is warranted without a return (e.g., for a defective item), please contact us at hello@canahoy.com. After reviewing your request and possibly requiring further information or evidence, we will proceed accordingly.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please inform us within 48 hours of receipt. We may ask for photos or other documentation to understand the issue better. After verifying the problem, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund based on your preference.

Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order for the item you want.
